Notes on the content of the inquiry
FXGT does not respond to the following types of inquiries.
- Trading methods and strategies
- Forecasting market price movements
- How to use Metatrader (MT5)
In particular, FXGT is not able to answer any questions regarding investment advice.
This is prohibited by law.
Also, it is better to avoid inquiring about the basic terms and contents of trading such as what is forex, what is a currency pair, and what is a spread nd so on.

How to make inquiries

Click Live Chat icon in the lower right corner of FXGT official website.
Enter Live Chat room
FXGT live chat is available even if you have not yet opened an account with FXGT.
Enter your name, email address and whether or not you have already opened an account.
Live chat can be talked in either English or Japanese.
When selecting the language, if it says “online”, it means that the person in charge is available.
If you are offline, you can leave a chat message, but you will be contacted back.
